Each city will have 1 bullet factory.
Bullet factories produce a random amount of bullets every 24 hours. These bullets are given a random price within a range. The owner of the bullet factory will earn cash from the sales, but also bullets from the factory. The profits will be determined by the sales. A bullet factory is the highest value item in the game. To purchase bullets users pay with in-game currency
